Join a dynamic team that turns innovation into reality.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and cost control. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and smooth month-end and year-end closing processes. The Finance Manager will support business decisions through financial analysis, improve financial systems and processes, lead the finance team, and collaborate closely with other departments to achieve company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and consolidated management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Lead cost control and financial reporting, escalating risks and ensuring alignment with budgets.Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and treasury activities.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction process improvement.Ensure accurate cost allocation across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution functions.Lead, develop, and manage the finance team including accountants and finance support staff.Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, ERP utilization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo), and reporting automation.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure financial alignment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred.10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, including managerial experience.Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
