We are looking for a Product Innovation Graduate to join our team and support the development of innovative personal care products from concept to launch.ResponsibilitiesCollect insights from customers, market trends, and brand teams to shape product briefs.Help develop and improve formulas with clear targets (benefits, cost, claims, sensorial).Set up and follow stability, compatibility, and micro tests with the lab.Validate product specs, COAs, MSDS, artwork checks, and technical files.Work with Packaging on fit, function, and compatibility; support packaging tests.Coordinate consumer tests and collect feedback to refine products.Ensure regulatory and safety compliance for beauty/cosmetics in Egypt and export markets.Track timelines, risks, and costs; update stakeholders continuously.Support post-launch improvements based on returns, complaints, and reviews.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needsExceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to think creatively and strategically about market competitivenessBackground in marketing, product development, or a related fieldAttention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
