Our technology mirrors our people - Smart, Innovative & Forward Thinking: www.geidea.netTo maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Financial Operations Supervisor:Job purpose: To oversee and control bill payment financial operations end-to-end, ensuring accurate reconciliation of service provider transactions, safeguarding revenue streams, optimizing operational performance, and maintaining strong financial governance through proactive monitoring, analysis, and stakeholder management.Key accountabilities:Own end-to-end reconciliation of service providers’ transactions and balances, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Monitor and analyze bill payment services performance (volumes, success rates, failures, revenue leakage), and drive corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.Act as the primary financial point of contact for service providers, managing all financial communications, disputes, and settlement alignments.Control and safeguard bill payment revenue streams by validating commissions, identifying leakage risks, and ensuring correct application of rates and agreements with the team .Lead daily operational follow-up with the team, ensuring adherence to SLAs, proper execution of reconciliation cycles, and timely issue resolution.Oversee maintenance and Pape roll revenue and optimization of revenue streams, including tracking changes in pricing, commissions, and service structures, and ensuring alignment with reporting systems.Produce and validate operational and financial reports, providing insights to management for decision-making and supporting audits and financial closing activities.Must have technical / professional qualifications:5–10 years of experience in financial operations, reconciliation, or payment operations (FinTech / Payments industry preferred)Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.Fin-tech knowledge is a must.
