Job Overview:We are looking for a Fintech Sales Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction within the fintech sector. The role focuses on post-sales account management, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage client accounts, renewals, upgrades, and service expansions.Onboard new clients and coordinate with internal teams (risk, compliance, and technical teams).Identify upselling opportunities and support contract negotiations.Monitor account performance, KPIs, and transaction volumes.Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain strong business relationships. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in fintech or payments).Strong understanding of fintech solutions and payment ecosystems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
