Job Accountabilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Manage and execute high-value and complex purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Continuously review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement-related risks.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and delivery documentation.Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and commercial teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.Negotiate complex contracts and manage agreements with high-value suppliers.Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Use strong problem-solving abilities to resolve complex procurement issues.Guide, support, and lead junior procurement specialists. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in managing supplier agreements and complex contracts.Professional certifications such as CPM or CPSM are a plus.
