Talent 360 is hiring a Firefighting & Plumbing Design Lead to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong expertise in firefighting and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will lead the design team, oversee technical deliverables, and ensure the successful execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects within a consultancy environment. About the Role As a Firefighting & Plumbing Design Lead at Talent 360, you will be responsible for leading the design and coordination of plumbing and firefighting systems across multiple projects. You will provide technical leadership, review engineering deliverables, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality designs that comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise the Firefighting & Plumbing Design team across multiple engineering projects. Develop, review, and approve plumbing and firefighting system designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation. Ensure all designs comply with local and international codes, engineering standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, and other MEP disciplines to achieve integrated project delivery. Review hydraulic calculations, material selections, specifications, and construction documentation. Manage project workloads, design schedules, and team performance to ensure timely project delivery. Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related challenges throughout all project phases. Participate in design coordination meetings, technical reviews, and client discussions when required. Support BIM coordination activities and ensure high-quality Revit models and project documentation. Promote continuous improvement and maintain high standards of technical quality across all assigned projects. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 7+ years of experience in mechanical design within an engineering consultancy environment. Previous experience leading or supervising a mechanical design team. Strong technical expertise in plumbing and firefighting systems. Thorough understanding of relevant design codes, standards, and engineering best practices. Strong experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. Software Skills Revit MEP AutoCAD Elite Software HAP Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and design workflows.
