First Mile Hub Supervisor (Munfia)

About The RoleWe are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented First-Mile Hub Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our hub. The role is key to ensuring smooth parcel flow from merchants and shippers into our network, maintaining service quality, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the first-mile hub operations, ensuring parcels are received, sorted, and dispatched accurately and on timeLead, coach, and support a team of hub agents, loaders, and drivers to achieve daily operational targetsMonitor KPIs such as parcel intake accuracy, hub productivity, dispatch timelines, and SLA adherenceEnsure proper scanning, labeling, and documentation of parcels to maintain visibility and traceabilityCoordinate with line-haul and last-mile teams to guarantee smooth parcel handover and transferImplement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards within the hubOptimize resources (staff, equipment, space) to meet volume demands efficientlyHandle operational issues and escalations, ensuring quick resolution and minimal service disruptionConduct daily shift briefings, monitor staff performance, and provide training where neededGenerate operational reports and highlight improvement areas to managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field3-4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations, with at least 2 year in a supervisory roleStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate frontline staffKnowledge of first-mile/last-mile logistics processes and parcel handling standardsProficient in using logistics systems, scanners, and MS Office toolsGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage high-volume operationsFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as requiredWhat We OfferOpportunity to be part of a fast-growing logistics companyCompetitive salary and benefitsCareer development and growth within OperationsA dynamic and supportive work environmentWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
