Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fixed Asset Specialist at our office in Cairo. The Fixed Asset Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register, tracking asset transactions, managing asset depreciation, and performing routine audits to ensure accuracy of asset records. Additional duties include collaborating with the finance and accounting teams to align asset management with financial reporting and assisting in identifying opportunities to optimize asset utilization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Asset Management and InvestmentsProven expertise in Finance and familiarity with financial reportingExcellent Analytical Skills to assess asset utilization and ensure accuracy of dataStrong Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholdersProficiency in asset management software and financial systemsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in fixed asset management or related roles is preferredAbility to work independently and pay high attention to detail
