Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Operation

Daily supervision of the movement of cars and drivers and ensuring compliance with operating plansDistributing trips and tasks to drivers in a way that achieves the highest operational efficiencyFollow up on the implementation of the itinerary and ensure compliance with the specified deadlinesMonitoring drivers' performance (commitment – speeds – driving style)Immediately deal with any malfunctions or problems during operation and find quick solutionsCoordinate with the maintenance team in case of malfunctions and report themPrepare a daily operating reportMonitor fuel consumption and work to reduce operating costsEnsuring vehicle readiness (cleanliness – maintenance – licenses) and routine supervision and inspectionFollow up on drivers' commitment to uniforms and company policiesDealing with customer problems and solving them professionallyOrganizing the work schedule (checks – vacations – alternatives)Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.Rapid response to emergencies, breakdowns or accidents involving fleet vehicles. Residential area: New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, and their surrounding suburbs.2 to 4 years of experience in fleet supervision, logistics or transportation management.Previous experience in managing truck and fleet operation.Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.Strong management in organization and time managementAbility to work under pressure and solve problemsGood communication skills with customers and driversProficiency in using Excel and WordKnowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
