Job DescriptionRole Scope:Monitor and improve Rider Performance and ComplianceResponsible for reporting, containing, handling, and solving all on-ground activities/issues within the assigned zone.Lead Rider Recruitment for all the zones in allocated citiesResponsible for assessment of any internal fleet promotionsManage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etcSupervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider TrainerInventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment’sGroom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve the performance of low-performing ridersReduce rider complaints originating from customersAccountable to handle/solve day-to-day/arising issues beyond his main scope that may affect the zone’s performance.Job requirementsSkills & Qualifications NeededBachelor's Degree1-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferredProficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etcStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a plus.Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skillsPeople management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
