Fleet Section Head

Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage bus schedules to ensure efficient fleet utilization and smooth transportation services.Prepare and monitor vacation plans for drivers and ticket collectors while maintaining uninterrupted operations.Supervise and monitor electronic operation systems and transportation tracking activities.Oversee internal and external transportation routes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with schedules.Follow up on school transportation operations and ensure service quality standards are maintained.Handle customer meetings, resolve complaints, and respond professionally to operational inquiries.Supervise the performance of internal and external transportation supervisors.Monitor and evaluate the performance of fleet inspectors across all operational routes.Conduct daily operational analysis, including passenger density and revenue comparisons, to support decision-making.Identify and resolve daily operational issues while implementing alternative solutions to prevent recurrence.Conduct regular meetings with drivers and ticket collectors to discuss operational challenges and improve overall performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or any related field.Proven experience in fleet operations, transportation management, or logistics supervision.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Good knowledge of transportation operations and fleet management systems.Excellent communication and customer handling skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with GPS tracking and electronic fleet monitoring systems.Strong operational planning and scheduling capabilities.
