The role involves supporting training operations, handling reports and data, and communicating effectively with fleet members and internal stakeholders.Job Responsbilties: * Prepare and maintain reports using Excel* Export, organize, and track data* Send emails and follow up when needed* Support the preparation of presentations and training materials using PowerPoint and Word* Conduct training lectures and support coaching/quality sessions for fleet members* Coordinate with the team on training schedules and operational tasks* Monitor trainee engagement and provide support when neededJob Qualfication* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Good communication and presentation skills* Strong personality and ability to deal with people confidently* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask* Fast learner and team player* Previous training experience is a plus, but not required
