Monitor the quality of food products to ensure they meet WD standards. Supervise daily F&B operation and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Assists in the ordering of Food and Beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms. Apply attention to detail to the way in which food and drinks are presented ensuring the customer receives a quality product every time. Manage budgets and forecasts with the F&B managers across all branches in his scope. Monitor the KPIs of his subordinates. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way. Ensure that the highest quality standards are always met. Ensure seamless food service and ensure good communication to provide feedback on food service. Involve and manage food and beverage promotions ensuring costings are accurate. Ensure the correct storage and disposal of foods in line with WD policies and procedures. Ensure food services offered are cost effective and properly utilized. Monitor inventory levels of food products to ensure they are consistent with sales trends over time. Maintains the operating budget and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed. Analyze and report weekly on controllable, sales and profit to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking. Ensure that all equipment used is in a safe working order, checked regularly and any faults reported to management. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.Job requirements: Educational background and previous experience: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or similar field. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in F&B.Knowledge and Functional Skills: Good MS Office Applications knowledge. Excellent communication and people skills. Good organizational skills.
