A. Job SummaryThe QC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality during all stages of garlic and chilli powder production. The role ensures that raw materials, processing activities, packaging, and finished products comply with food safety standards, customer specifications, and company quality requirements.B. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming garlic, chilli, spices, and packaging materials. Verify supplier quality certificates and specifications. Reject non-conforming raw materials. Monitor production parameters during cleaning, drying, grinding, blending, and packing. Conduct routine quality checks for (Moisture, Color, size, Aroma and Foreign matter) Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained. Approve finished products before release. Conduct sampling and testing according to specifications. Verify labeling, coding, and packaging quality. Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and test results. Record non-conformance reports (NCRs). Support traceability and batch documentation. Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained. Supervise laboratory activities and sample retention. Ensure compliance with (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and Food safety regulations) Participate in internal audits and corrective actions. Supervise technicians and Train workers on quality standards and inspection procedures. 2-7 years of experience
