Manage the full foreign purchasing cycle from sourcing to delivery.Handle all importation procedures from A to Z.Issue Purchase Orders and follow up with international suppliers.Negotiate prices, shipping terms, and delivery schedules to obtain the best value.Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and shipping companies.Follow up customs clearance procedures with brokers and ensure smooth release of shipments.Ensure compliance with ACID system requirements and banking regulations related to imports.Monitor inventory movement and coordinate purchasing plans accordingly.Track shipment status and prepare logistics updates and reports.Maintain and update all purchasing and shipment records accurately.Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.Prepare periodic reports related to purchasing, imports, and logistics activities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.1–5 years of proven experience in Foreign Purchasing, Importation, or Logistics.Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.Good understanding of ACID system, customs clearance, and banking procedures related to imports.Fluent in English (spoken & written).Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Females only.
