Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in El Mansoura for a Founder at كواليتو Qualito. The Founder will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy of the organization, driving business growth, leading cross-functional teams, and establishing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will include decision-making on operations, managing resources, overseeing product or service development, and representing the company to stakeholders and investors. Additionally, the Founder will ensure alignment with company goals and maintain the organization’s values and mission. Qualifications Proven leadership and entrepreneurial skills, with experience managing teams and driving business successStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with a strong vision for growth and innovationSkills in business development, networking, and establishing partnershipsProficiency in financial management and resource allocationStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilitiesUnderstanding of market trends and industry dynamics with problem-solving and adaptability skillsExperience with product or service development is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
