Key Accountabilities: Supervise real-time monitoring of applications, transactions, and suspicious activities through validate fraud indicators and risk triggers against set rules and thresholds to ensure alerts are reviewed and escalated in line with procedures.Review analysts’ case files and approve escalation actionsCoordinate with operations, credit, and collections by reviewing analysts’ case files and approve escalation actions to ensure that the cases are closed.Maintain accurate records of fraud cases for audit and regulatory review by documenting investigation outcomes and submit case reports to the Fraud Manager to ensure adherence to fraud risk policies, AML/CFT regulations, and FRA standards.Supervise a team of fraud analysts and investigators by assigning workloads, monitoring performance, and guiding on complex cases and coaching staff on investigation techniques, red flags, and regulatory complianceSupport the Fraud Manager in testing new fraud rules and monitoring tools by Identifying process weaknesses and recommend enhancements to fraud detection systems to promote awareness of fraud risks across frontline teams.Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Postgraduate is a plus).4–7 years of experience in fraud detection, investigations, or risk management in consumer finance or banking.Proficiency in English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).Strong knowledge of Egyptian fraud risks, FRA regulations, AML/CFT laws, and credit bureau systemsHands-on experience with fraud monitoring tools and case management systemsStrong analytical, investigative, and supervisory skills
