Customer Path is looking for a results-driven Freelance Recruiter to source and vet cold callers (appointment setters) for our active roofing and solar outbound campaigns.If you know how to find hungry, coachable talent who can handle objections, stay consistent on the phones, and book quality appointments, we want to talk.What You'll Be Recruiting For:Appointment setters who can cold call homeowners for roofing inspection and solar consultation campaigns, hit daily dial and booking targets, and represent client brands professionally on every call.What This Role Looks Like:Freelance and commission-based to start, with a competitive recruiter's fee per successful placement. After a probationary period, a base salary becomes available for the right fit.
