More information is available at https://quickts.online or via info@quickts.online.Role Description The Freelance Sales Manager – Client Acquisition | Call Center is a full-time, role based in Egypt, focused on acquiring new clients for Quick Tech Solutions’ call center and CX services. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored outsourcing solutions that match client requirements. The Sales Manager will build and manage a strong sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate closely with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, tracking performance metrics, updating CRM records, and providing market feedback to support service improvement. The position requires proactive engagement with global businesses and consistent follow-up to secure long-term partnerships.QualificationsFluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Strong client acquisition and B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.Experience in call center or BPO sales, with a solid understanding of customer experience (CX) services and omnichannel support.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging international clients.Ability to analyze client needs, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to design suitable outsourcing solutions.Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic digital tools used for outreach and performance tracking.Proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in sales or business development within outsourcing, contact centers, or related industries is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Elite Communication & Negotiation: Flawless written and verbal English communication.
