French Project Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and results-driven French Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Description - Grade SpecificLead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through closureDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteriaDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategiesManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost efficiencyCoordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaborationMonitor project progress, proactively adjusting plans to meet changing requirements and timelinesIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to quality standards, governance policies, and proceduresPrepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updatesFacilitate project meetings, workshops, and effective communication across all stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and processesExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field5–7 years of proven experience in Project ManagementStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesFluency in both written and spoken English and FrenchAdvanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
