The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and changes, and ensures clear communication with stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in project delivery.Key Areas Of ResponsibilityDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA and business analysts. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, and to the required quality standards. Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Facilitate Agile or Waterfall processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where applicable. Ensure proper documentation of requirements, processes, and deliverables. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team performance. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 4+ years) managing projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
