Responsibilities Execute high-volume recruitment in accordance with established targets and timelines Proactively gather feedback from hiring managers on candidate quality and post-hireperformance to continuously improve alignment with business needs and team fit Leverage both traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to build a diverse and qualifiedcandidate pipeline Engage candidates in a professional, branded, and compliant selection process from initialscreening through offer and onboarding Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including resume mining andproactive candidate searches Actively promote the internal employee referral programQualifications & Experience Candidates with a sales or customer service background and the drive to meet or exceed targetsare encouraged to apply; recruitment experience is not mandatory but is considered an asset, astraining will be provided.
