Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled French-speaking professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide customer service, resolve inquiries, and assist with technical support for French-speaking clients. Responsibilities include accurately logging details into our CRM system, managing escalations, and performing tasks that enhance overall customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies. QualificationsProficiency in French (written and spoken) with strong communication skills in EnglishPrior experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operationsFamiliarity with CRM software and strong data entry and documentation capabilitiesProblem-solving skills and the ability to navigate client issues effectivelyReliability, punctuality, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environmentProficiency with common office tools and willingness to learn new technologiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatoryExperience in multilingual environments or international client support is an advantage
