Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Team Leader based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of real estate brokers, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship to achieve team targets. Responsibilities include managing brokerage operations, ensuring successful deal closures, fostering client relationships, and developing sales strategies for commercial real estate. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders effectively. QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and motivate the team.Proven expertise in Real Estate Brokerage and understanding of market trends and dynamics.Experience in Team Management and Leadership, with the ability to guide and mentor team members towards achieving objectives.Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate, including transaction processes, compliance, and industry insights.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in real estate management systems and tools is a strong advantage.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
