New team members receive comprehensive training and courses to align with the company’s high standards and client-centered approach.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresh Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties across multiple projects, providing tailored presentations that align with each client’s needs and budget. Daily responsibilities include meeting and communicating with clients, conducting property tours, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available developments, and coordinating with developers to secure suitable offers. The role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions and property options, and collaborating closely with team members to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. The agent is expected to actively build a personal client network, follow up on leads, and contribute to the company’s reputation for high-quality service.Qualifications Candidates should possess or be in the process of obtaining a Real Estate License in accordance with local regulations.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and respond effectively to client needs.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property, including market trends, property types, and basic legal considerations.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a results-oriented and ethical approach.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, maintain a professional appearance, and attend client meetings and property visits as needed.High level of motivation, integrity, and willingness to learn, with openness to training and mentorship.Basic proficiency in office and CRM software; previous internship or exposure to real estate or customer-facing roles is a plus.
