The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, with guidance from senior team members. Daily tasks include contacting and following up with leads, conducting property tours, presenting a range of suitable projects, and explaining pricing, payment plans, and contract terms. The agent will maintain updated knowledge of available developments, market trends, and competitive offers to provide accurate and relevant advice. Responsibilities also include maintaining client records, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and supporting a positive, professional office environment aligned with the company’s service standards.Qualifications Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Estate Sales, with a desire to grow a long-term career in the property sector.Possession of, or eligibility and willingness to obtain, a Real Estate License in accordance with local regulations.Customer Service skills, including active listening, relationship building, and a client-first mindset.Sales abilities, such as negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques, with comfort working toward targets.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.Ability to work on-site in Cairo with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct when dealing with clients and partners.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools, email, and office applications.Willingness to participate in training programs and continuously develop market and product knowledge.
