The environment is service-focused, collaborative, and geared toward delivering memorable guest experiences.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Agent role based at Hyatt Regency Cairo West in Giza. The Front Office Agent welcomes guests upon arrival, manages check-in and check-out procedures, and ensures accurate handling of reservations and room assignments. The role responds to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via digital channels, providing clear information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Daily responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and addressing guest requests or issues promptly and professionally. The Front Office Agent maintains a polished reception area, follows brand standards and security protocols, and supports overall front office operations to enhance guest satisfaction.Qualifications Proficiency in front office operations, including Receptionist Duties, Check-in, and general Front Office procedures.Strong Customer Service skills with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality front desk role is preferred.Working knowledge of hotel property management systems and basic computer skills.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
