𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗼 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: The Fundraising Senior Executive supports fundraising activities by engaging with donors, coordinating fundraising efforts, and helping identify opportunities to generate financial support for the organization. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Develops and implements effective strategies to increase corporate cash and in-kind donations. • Builds and maintains long-term corporate partnerships to support CSR initiatives and achieve fundraising goals. • Drafts funding proposals, corporate presentations, and tailored donor communications. • Coordinates with internal departments to ensure donations are managed efficiently and aligned with project requirements. • Attends strategic meetings with the team and key corporate stakeholders. • Tracks corporate fundraising outcomes and provides regular performance reports to the Chief Fundraising Officer. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or a related field. Postgraduate studies or specialized certifications in fundraising, donor relations, or project management are preferred. Experience: 5–10 years of experience in the same field. Language: Arabic & English (required). Computer Skills: Excel, SPSS, Power BI; digital data collection tools preferred. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Days off: 2 days. Working hours: 8 hours.
