The Sales Engineer will act as a technical and commercial bridge between customers and internal teams, supporting the sales process from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing tailored technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with sales colleagues on pricing and solution design, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system, support tenders and RFPs, and coordinate with engineering or product teams to ensure successful implementations.QualificationsStrong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer needs into accurate technical solutions and product configurations.Proven Sales and Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage expectations, and sustain long-term client relationships.Excellent Communication skills, including clear technical and non-technical explanations, presentations, and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and preparing professional proposals and reports.Analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, and willingness to learn new products, technologies, and industry standards.Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
