- Create and issue invoices accurately on the company system- Record and settle invoices on the accounting system- Maintain bookkeeping for cash and bank transactions- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts- Create and manage E-Invoices through the Egyptian Tax Authority portal- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounting records- Assist in month-end closing activities- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions- Handle other accounting and finance-related tasks as assignedRequirementsRequirements-2–4 years of experience in accounting -Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statements preparation-Experience with accounting systems/ERP systems (Zoho is a plus)-Familiarity with E-Invoicing and Egyptian tax regulations is preferred-Good knowledge of Microsoft ExcelBenefits-Familiar with bookkeeping and daily accounting entries-Knowledgeable about financial statements (Balance Sheet / Income Statement) and whether they have worked on them before-Experience working with accounting systems or ERP systems (such as Zoho, SAP, etc.)-Experience with E-Invoicing systems-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
