Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.Manage general ledger entries and monthly closing activities.Monitor project costs and ensure proper cost allocation.Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Coordinate with project managers regarding financial matters.Support external audits and tax filings. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3–5 years of experience, preferably in construction or contracting companies.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost control.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with project-based accounting is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and organizational skills.
