Sales Engineer (Smart Automation Systems)

Promote and sell smart automation solutions and building and energy control systems.Study customer needs and analyze project technical requirements.Prepare technical and financial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.Deliver presentations and technical meetings to clients and consultants.Prospect for new sales opportunities and expand the target customer base.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Coordinate with implementation and technical support teams to ensure efficient project delivery.Follow up on government and private tenders and projects related to automation, building management systems (BMS), and energy systems.Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Monitor the market and competitors and provide periodic reports to management.Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards throughout the sales cycle. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Communications/Mechatronics/Automatic Control or equivalent.Experience: 3 -5 years of experience in the sales of engineering systems or smart automation.Experience in BMS, KNX, and smart energy systems is preferred.Good understanding of control and automation systems.Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and pricing.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Skilled time management and prioritization.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
