General Accountant

Managing and overseeing all daily and monthly accounting operations, including journal entries, expenses, collections, bank balances, budgeting, and financial reporting.Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Monitor bank account movements and prepare bank reconciliations• Manage cash flow, treasury, and collections• Review and record expenses and supporting documents• Follow up on customer and supplier accounts• Issue invoices and reconcile accounts periodically• Record and monitor CAPEX & OPEX transactions• Assist in budgeting and preparation of financial statements• Prepare periodic financial reports for management• Prepare and process tax returns according to local laws Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting major)• 3–5 years of experience as a General Accountant or Financial Accountant• Experience with accounting systems / ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills• Strong understanding of accounting standards and bookkeeping
