Manage the providers of general services to ensure efficiency and quality of service.Ensure that all regulations and policies of GB are applied properly concerning the general services to maintain GB properties.Ensure that all provided services are matching to the required standards and within budget before implementation.Monitor and control all services standards to ensure its effectiveness and business units/Departments satisfaction.Hold regular meetings to assess the development and analyze problems to develop appropriate plans to avoid these problems and corrective actions to get the maximum benefit for GB.Develop and institutionalize GB Auto’s data, know-how and capabilities related to General Service.Identify and track General Services KPIs, and devise plans and initiatives for improvement.Develop the level of services to meet the business units/departments’ needs and expectations.Assist in negotiation of contracts with external providers of admin services providers (catering, janitorial, and all G.S. required contracts.).Receive and control invoices from external service providers.Prepare appropriate reports through a variety of sources to coordinate the various administrative services per statistics results to present it monthly to the direct manager.Coordinate the fixed assets annual inventory process with finance by providing members of General Services department to the inventory committees in various sites.Organize and manage the distribution of stationery for the department in coordination with procurement and warehouses departments.Communicate with his staff constantly and ensure the effectiveness of this communication.Supervise and control the employees reporting directly to him.Provide support for the professional development of employees reporting directly to him.Prepare and monitor monthly incentives for general services employees. Educational Requirements: bachelor’s degree or EquivalentSpecial Certification or Training Required: High Diploma is preferredRequired Industry Experience: Min 10 years of experience in General Services – 7 years in management positionTechnological Requirements: Microsoft OfficeLanguage Requirements: Very good command of English
