Our global team of agents and managers work across time zones to provide seamless, high-quality support every day of the year—including holidays.We are currently looking for German & English Bilingual Technical Support Agent in Egypt with BPO or customer support experience to join our growing remote team.About the RoleWe are hiring a Technical Support Agent to support employees with day-to-day IT issues in a modern, cloud-based workplace.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical questions and will help users resolve common problems related to their accounts, laptops, email, and workplace software.You will work closely with users to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and escalate more complex problems to senior IT teams when necessary.This role is ideal for someone with IT support or helpdesk experience who enjoys helping people solve technical problems.What You'll DoAct as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticket, email, or phoneTroubleshoot common issues related to user accounts, laptops, and workplace toolsHelp employees with login problems, password resets, and access to systemsSupport email issues and basic software troubleshootingAssist with laptop setup, configuration, and device managementDocument issues and solutions in the support ticket systemEscalate more complex issues to a higher-level/dev team when neededProvide a friendly, service-oriented support experienceWhat We're Looking ForNative or near-native in German (min. C1) & professional proficiency in English (MUST), both spoken & written.2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk roles.Experience supporting end users in a business environment.Familiarity with ticketing or IT support systems.
