Position Details:• Role: German Language Instructor – Non-Native Speakers• Type: Full-Time | Hourly-Based• Mode: Online (Remote) Responsibilities:• Deliver structured and engaging German lessons to non-native speakers across all proficiency levels (A1 to C2)• Design and implement lesson plans aligned with recognized German teaching curricula and the CEFR framework• Assess and track student progress, providing regular constructive feedback• Adapt teaching methodology to suit diverse learner backgrounds, goals, and learning styles• Prepare students for recognized German language certifications (Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, TELC, ÖSD)• Participate in curriculum development and academic coordination as required• Maintain accurate student records and attendance logsRequirements & Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or higher in German Language, German Studies, Education, Linguistics, or equivalent• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching German to non-native speakers• Proven teaching experience in Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman)• Strong command of a recognized German teaching curriculum — please specify your current curriculum in your application (e.g., Schritte Plus Neu, Netzwerk, Menschen, Aspekte Neu, studio [21], or equivalent)• Proficiency in online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS)• Solid understanding of CEFR levels and exam preparation methodologies• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills• Native or near-native German proficiency (C2 level or above)• Stable internet connection and a laptop Preferred (Added Advantage):• Recognized teaching certifications (DaF, DaZ, CELTA, or equivalent)• Experience preparing students for Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, or TELC exams• Familiarity with teaching German for professional or business purposes• Experience with international students from diverse nationalities and backgroundsHow to Apply:Please send your CV including:✔ Your current or most recent German teaching curriculum✔ Gulf countries where you have teaching experience✔ Your German language proficiency levelTo: info@lahjaro.comWebsite: www.lahjaro.com
