The role requires professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and requests with accuracy and confidence. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong German and English skills and previous customer service experience. Location: The 5th Settlement Salary: EGP 53,051 Monthly Gross Salary. In This Role, You'll: Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels in German. Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently. Provide accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed. Maintain high service standards and meet contractual KPIs. Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities Ensure service delivery meets all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and strong problem-solving in every interaction. Follow company processes and guidelines to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate documentation and account records. Stay up to date with product/service knowledge, policies, and procedures. Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements Plus 1 year of experience in customer service. C1 German proficiency – A Must. B2 English proficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work rotational shifts and willing to work from The 5th Settlement site. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in a premium/white-glove customer service environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
