In this role, you won't just monitor calls—you will leverage data analytics and process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence. This is a hybrid position combining the flexibility of working from home with collaborative on-site days.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Monitoring & Analysis: Evaluate German-language customer interactions to ensure compliance, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery.Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Power BI and advanced data analysis tools to track quality metrics, identify performance gaps, and visualize trends.Process Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize BPO workflows.Reporting & Feedback: Deliver actionable insights and analytical reports to operations management and provide structured feedback to frontline teams.Requirements & QualificationsLanguage Fluency: Native-level or fluent professional command of the German language (both written and spoken).Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist strictly within the BPO industry.Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a strict requirement.Technical Skills:Solid, hands-on knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.Proficiency with operational analysis tools and data interpretation.Location & Workspace: Ability to commute to our Kattameya office according to the hybrid schedule.
