You Will Broaden Your Overall Knowledge Of How a Multinational Food Company Operates, With The 12-month Program IncludingIntensive, hands-on onboarding focused on our Operations and Supply Chain functions, complemented by a Commercial boot-camp focused on Marketing, Sales and Category. Training in Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence Program, a range of other foundational business trainings and Lean Six Sigma Course. You will spend the first half of the year completing a factory-based efficiency/productivity improvement business project where you will apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to obtain your Yellow Belt Certification. The second half will consist of job shadowing a factory Team Leader/Continuous Improvement Lead assignment, where you will develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes while also strengthening your leadership skills.
