Role OverviewMumzworld is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented GMT – Finance professional to support logistics operations, financial governance, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and systems, with a focus on building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingOperations & Process ImprovementBuild and enhance processes across logistics and warehouse operations.Develop automation solutions using available tools to improve operational efficiency.Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.Coordinate with stakeholders to translate plans into execution.Finance & ControlsSupport the tracking and reporting of key business and operational KPIs.Apply accounting principles and internal control frameworks within operational workflows.Assist in preparing financial and operational insights for senior management.Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects.Governance & Risk ManagementDesign and implement financial and operational policies and procedures.Ensure internal controls are documented, implemented, and operating effectively.Prepare Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) and perform gap analyses of existing processes.Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions.Reporting & AnalysisSupport the timely measurement and reporting of business performance metrics.Assist with financial analysis and operational reporting.Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across teams.What You'll NeedEducation & QualificationsMBA, CA, CPA, or ICAEW qualification.2+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, operations, or business analysis.Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills.Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG is preferred.SQL knowledge is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and structured thinking.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Who You AreHighly analytical with a passion for solving complex business problems.Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.Proactive, accountable, and driven to improve processes.Adaptable and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.Curious, data-driven, and continuously seeking better ways of working.Why This Role MattersThis role is critical to strengthening Mumzworld's operational and financial foundation.
