If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.Role PurposeLead regulatory compliance and contribute to shaping regulatory strategies by managing relationships with governmental authorities and ensuring alignment with national regulations to support business continuity and growthRole ProfileImplement and support the regulatory strategy in alignment with business objectives under G1 direction.- Manage relationships with governmental and regulatory authorities to facilitate approvals and compliance.- Monitor and interpret new laws and regulations, assessing their impact on business operations.- Ensure compliance across all business units and mitigate regulatory risks.- Lead all regulatory approvals, licensing, and permits for network, technology, and commercial activities.Competencies and QualificationsStrong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and government procedures.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strategic thinking with ability to translate regulations into business impact.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Solid experience in regulatory affairs / government relations.Must have technical / professional qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration or equivalent.3–5 years of experience in regulatory or government relations roles.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
