Join us in our Egypt Information System (IS) Team to gain the essential professional skills and global exposure needed to drive your success in the tech industry.Job Description: Key ResponsibilitiesIT Service & User Support: Providing first and second-level technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.Infrastructure Assistance: Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of core IT infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), servers, and security systems.Application Management: Assisting with the deployment, configuration, and testing of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, internal tools) and ensuring system integrity.IT Operations & Documentation: Contributing to IT projects, creating detailed technical documentation, and assisting in routine tasks related to data backups and disaster recovery planning.Helpdesk & Service desk.QualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsAcademic Status: Must be a 2025 Graduate.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in complex technical challenges.Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and verbal communication is essential). Arabic and French are a plus.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an agile, high-performing team environment.Technical Languages: CCNA , MCSA , Network+ , Linux , CompTIA A+ , Ticketing system , Jira , Helpdesk , Service deskProgram Details Status: Full time.Location: On-site.
