Job Description:Lead and inspire a team of designers in creating high-quality visual content that aligns with brandidentity and marketing objectives, under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate combines strong creative direction, hands-on design expertise, and excellent leadership skills to manage workflows, maintain design quality, and deliver impactful visuals across all digital and print channels, on time.Responsibilities:• Creative Direction & Design Executiono Propose the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative materials across branding,digital, social media, advertising, print, and motion graphics.o Ensure all designs reflect the company’s brand identity, tone, and communication objectives.o Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.o Participate in brainstorming and contribute innovative ideas to elevate visual storytelling.• Team Leadership & Managemento Manage, mentor, and support a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, andperformance evaluations.o Allocate and prioritize design tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and resource utilization.o Conduct regular design reviews to maintain creative standards and consistency across outputs.o Foster a collaborative, creative, and growth-oriented team culture.• Hands-On Design & Creative Contributiono Actively participate in design production, especially on key projects, ensuring alignment withcreative direction and brand standards.o Create high-quality designs, layouts, and visual assets when needed to support project deadlinesor elevate creative quality.o Set visual benchmarks and act as a creative role model for the team.o Balance leadership duties with hands-on designs to ensure both creativity and efficiency.• Quality Assurance & Brand Consistencyo Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all materials and channels.o Review final outputs to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and technical excellence.o Keep updated with design trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve designquality.Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.• Minimum 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in asupervisory or team lead role.• Proven experience in managing creative teams and delivering large-scale projects (in agencies).• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.Technical Skills:• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,Premiere Pro).• Knowledge of Figma or Canva Pro is a plus.• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design principles.• Familiarity with UI/UX design, motion graphics, and video editing is an advantage.Soft Skills:• Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills.• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
