QAVO STUDIO values a supportive environment where designers can grow their skills, contribute ideas, and see their work come to life across multiple channels.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Graphic Designer and Brand Strategist. The role involves developing and refining brand identities, including logos, color systems, typography, and visual guidelines for a variety of clients. The Graphic Designer and Brand Strategist will create designs for digital and print channels, such as social media campaigns, websites, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include translating client briefs into concepts and moodboards, preparing and presenting design proposals, and iterating based on team and client feedback. The person in this role will also contribute to brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative direction, while collaborating closely with account managers, copywriters, and other designers to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.QualificationsStrong graphic design skills, including layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with a portfolio that demonstrates brand identity work.Experience in brand strategy, including brand positioning, visual systems, and the development of brand guidelines or style frameworks.Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Figma or similar for digital/UI work).Ability to translate client briefs and research into clear visual concepts, moodboards, and design directions.Attention to detail in preparing deliverables, including file organization, version control, and production-ready assets for print and digital.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an on-site, collaborative studio environment.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in motion graphics, basic video editing, or animation is a plus.Previous agency or studio experience and familiarity with brand-led campaigns are considered beneficial.
