Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into creative designs that align with brand guidelines. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all platforms and materials. Stay updated on design trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality and originality of projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Perform quality checks on final designs to ensure accuracy and consistency before production or publication. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant digital design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a team and take constructive feedback. Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
