Their team supports both sales and operations by creating premium print and digital assets that enhance brand presence and elevate the customer journey across multiple touchpoints.LocationFully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital design assets that support marketing, advertising, and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on creative role where the designer will take projects from ideation through execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand identity, visual standards, and campaign objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & ProductionCreate print collateral, digital ads, and marketing materials for luxury real estate brandsProduce designs that support strategic advertising and marketing campaigns, enhancing the overall customer experienceTake creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback from marketing and operations teamsPrepare final designs for print, ensuring proper file formats and resolutionCreative DevelopmentEstablish new creative components for advertising and marketing effortsInnovate and develop fresh designs to elevate the customer journey and brand presentationDevelop visually compelling graphics and layouts using strong design principles and artistic aptitudeCollaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with project goalsIncorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrityPresent design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, providing rationale behind creative decisionsQualificationsExperience3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within real estate or luxury brandsStrong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and creative projectsSkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and AI toolsExperience with video editing software (nice to have)Solid understanding of web design constraints and platform capabilitiesStrong graphic and visual design skills, including knowledge of color theory, visual hierarchy, and design best practicesArtistic aptitude for creating eye-catching and effective graphicsAbility to design for both print and digital mediums, balancing creativity and functionalityStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clientsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesFlexibility and ability to adapt to feedback while maintaining creative integrityWhat Success Looks LikeVisually strong, brand-consistent designs that elevate marketing and advertising campaignsHigh-quality print and digital materials that support sales and operational goalsTimely and accurate execution of design projects without compromising qualityStrong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful outputsOpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced team working on creative projects that directly support a luxury real estate brand.
