This is a production-heavy role focused on applying an existing brand system while contributing creative input and ensuring consistency across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Vision & ExecutionCollaborate with the marketing team to execute and support creative concepts across all marketing touchpointsDesign and maintain consistent branding across platformsCreate marketing assets including logos, branding materials, social media visuals, ad creatives, and web graphicsApply brand systems to physical packaging and retail-facing assets to ensure strong shelf presenceCollaborative Creative Thought PartnershipPartner with marketing and leadership teams to brainstorm, iterate, and develop creative solutions aligned with strategic goalsProvide creative input on campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing initiativesAd Creative & Social Media VisualsDesign ad creatives and social media visuals that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversionsOptimize assets for platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads)Web Graphics & BrandingDesign web graphics for landing pages, banners, and website assetsEnsure all visuals align with brand identity and enhance user experienceQualificationsExperience2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in branding or marketing environmentsExperience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, including physical product and packaging designStrong portfolio showcasing relevant CPG work (not limited to digital-only products)SkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and CanvaProven ability to create marketing assets including logos, branding materials, social media visuals, and ad creativesAbility to execute a creative vision while maintaining brand consistency across all assetsStrong attention to detail with a focus on visual consistency and qualityExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teamsCreative thinking combined with strong execution capabilitiesWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent and seamless execution of the brand’s creative vision across all assetsCohesive and recognizable brand identity across digital and physical platformsHigh-quality, engaging visuals that support marketing performance and brand growthStrong contribution to creative ideation and campaign successOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of a premium CPG brand by bringing its visual identity to life across multiple channels.
