Operating across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, Pleny is making the food experience more social, fun, and interactive.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a talented and creative Graphic Designer who can own the static visual identity for Pleny's brand. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling social media graphics, developing branding assets, and designing static ad creatives that resonate with food-loving audiences across the MENA region.You'll work closely with the marketing teams to deliver beautiful Instagram and TikTok carousels, engaging stories, ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Snapchat), and in-app assets. This role requires someone with a flawless eye for typography, layout, and food aesthetics, who can translate marketing concepts into high-converting visual designs.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Design: Create high-quality, engaging social media graphics including static posts, stories, educational carousels, and creative reel covers for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.Ad Creatives: Design high-converting static ad creatives optimized for performance and A/B testing on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.In-App Assets: Design visual assets for the Pleny app, including promotional banners, in-app graphics, and user onboarding screens.Brand Identity: Maintain and develop Pleny's visual brand identity, ensuring design, color, and typography consistency across all platforms and markets (Egypt, KSA, UAE).Localization: Adapt and tailor graphic content to fit different cultural contexts and trends across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.Collaboration: Partner with the content and product teams to brainstorm creative concepts, mood boards, and deliver design assets on deadline.QualificationsStrong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create appealing visual assets for digital platformsStrong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, static carousels, branding work, and modern typography layout.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.Deep understanding of Arabic and English typography, layout composition, and Right-to-Left (RTL) design principles.A solid eye for color theory, visual hierarchy, and modern food aesthetics.Good communication skills and comfort collaborating asynchronously with a remote team.Ability to manage multiple design projects independently and deliver on tight deadlines.Experience in working collaboratively in a remote team environmentBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field is preferredPrior experience in the food or lifestyle industry is a plusNice to HaveBackground in the food, lifestyle, or social media app space.Basic illustration, digital painting, or hand-lettering skills.Familiarity with Figma or browser-based design tools like Canva for quick asset scaling.Experience creating custom static stickers, typography badges, or branding elements for social platforms.
