Conduct a Gap Analysis for each process/department in each company. Understand and document processes that help to identify the deficiencies, process issues, and business problems.Propose amendments to the processes (if needed).Ensure that each company and the corporate companies are getting different ISOPrepare the Group companies to be accredited for Quality Management System (List of ISO and International Standards).Ensure that all processes and procedures are adequately defined, documented, communicated, promoted, maintained, and delivered to all interested parties.Prepare a compliance manual for every industry with regulatory, internal standards, and core objectives.Deliver quarterly training sessions for each company team to maintain the developed Quality System. Job requirements:Educational background and previous experience:Suitable bachelor’s degree.Experience from 5-7 years in the same field.Knowledge and Functional Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Time Management and prioritization skills.
