Monitor and update the company’s cash position across all banks.Maintain and update the financing flow tracker, including vessel details, financed amounts, documentation status, and banks involved. Follow up on intercompany loans, related payments, and repayments. Track and monitor partial payments to ensure timely follow-up. Prepare debit mandates as required. Coordinate supporting documents for all incoming and outgoing transfers with the relevant Reliance teams, including contracts, invoices, and bills of lading. Prepare finance files in line with bank requirements for each financing case. Manage KYC requirements for new account openings and annual reviews with international banks.Support operations by preparing and following up on shipment-related documents.
